With orders Mo.-Fr. till 15 o'clock the delivery occurs - provided all articles are on stock- in the same working day and the parcel arrives until 12 o'clock . In all other cases the dispatch - stock product again provided - in the next working day.
Note please that a payment may occur cash on delivery only by cash.
Cash on delivery means that the deliveries are handed over only against cash in the address of delivery. On this occasion, it must be considered that the amount is held ready counted.
Information about the dispathing companies:
DHL: DHL is the coalescence of the worldwide parcel service DHL and the parcel service of the German post. Is delivered from Monday till Saturday, except holiday. The control term within Germany amounts to 1 to 2 business days, abroad between 3 and 14 working days, according to land. However, in the high north it can also last once 3 working days. If the messenger DHL does not find you, he leaves a note in your mailbox and you can fetch the parcel with your postal departement.
GLS Germany: Earlier known under the name German Parcel. GLS delivers from Monday to Friday, except in holidays. The control term within Germany amounts to 1 working day. In the high north, however, also already 2, abroad 2 to 10 working days, according to land. Should the GLS messenger not encounter you, will try it the next day once more.
Information about the dispatch kinds:
Cash on delivery: You pay the invoice amount directly with the parcel messenger. It is possible only for cash payment. With order of stock product till 15.30 o'clock the dispatch mostly occurs at the same business day.
Cash in advance: You transfer the amount to begin with to ours to you in the confirmation of order informed account. After monetary entrance the product is immediately dispatched, provided that is on stock.
